Customer Digital Onboarding

Customer digital onboarding enables a seamless transition between creating an offer through our API with initial customer information (from your CRM or collected through your flows) and allowing customers to continue their journey in the Prosperity App. In the app, customers can:

• Edit/add information required for the offer
• Perform ID verification
• Submit the offer
• Once the policy is issued, access and manage their policy details
