DataNotUpdatedReason

Which of the two situations behind "no change" applies.

The insurance system reports both the same way and does not say which, so this reports what the request shows — whether it carried a field the insurance system can lock — and each value names the retry that settles it.

DataNotUpdatedReason.NO_RESTRICTED_FIELD_PRESENT​

The request carried none of the lockable fields, so in almost every case no value in it differed from the record already held: query the customer and compare. If the values do differ, the update is not permitted for this customer and Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG customer service can make it.

DataNotUpdatedReason.RESTRICTED_FIELD_PRESENT​

The request carried firstName, lastName, gender or dateOfBirth. Those are locked for any customer that is not related to offers alone — no application, no broker relation and no contract — and such a request is rejected in full, so the permitted fields in it were not applied either. Resend those on their own: if that succeeds, a locked field was the cause and Liechtenstein Life Assurance AG customer service can correct it; if it also reports no change, no value in the request differed from the stored record.
