Fields​

CriticalIllnessDetailsInput.hasRecovered ● Boolean! non-null scalar​

Has the customer already recovered from said illness.

CriticalIllnessDetailsInput.medicalInstitutionName ● String! non-null scalar​

The Hospital/Doctor/Clinic where the customer was treated. The medical authorities have more details about the patient's medical records and are kept longer. This is a free-form entry and will be reviewed manually by the insurance provider.

CriticalIllnessDetailsInput.period ● String! non-null scalar​

The period for which the customer has/had the illness (e.g. 2 years) This is a free-form entry and will be reviewed manually by the insurance provider.

CriticalIllnessDetailsInput.type ● String! non-null scalar​

The type of critical illness the customer has/had in the past. This is a free-form entry and will be reviewed manually by the insurance provider.

The following are some types of critical illnesses - heart attack, coronary artery disease, heart valve disease, myocardial damage, bypass surgery, stroke, cancer/leukemia, multiple sclerosis, diabetes mellitus, HIV infection (AIDS).
